Vitamins and Mineral for kids: A recipe for staying healthy!

If you really want your kids to stay fit and healthy, then don’t keep them away from vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals for kids give them happy and healthy adult age. The growth process depends entirely on sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals. Starting from being in the uterus to adulthood days, these nutritious constituents have impact on the quality and multiplicity of cell growth.
Vitamins and Minerals in kids help their bodies to fight against child diseases like rickets, anemia, osteoporosis etc. When it comes to growth and development, vitamins play very crucial role. The Vitamin B Complex is crucial for growth in kids and helps in proper functioning of physical and mental body processes. Vitamin B12 is important for normal growth in kids due to cobalt supply and Vitamin B9 helps in proper creation of child’s DNA inside the uterus. Other vitamins like Vitamin A, D, C, E and K are crucial for physical well being of kids.
Minerals like Calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and sodium are quite helpful when they are combined with homeopathy. Iron deficiency is most common among kids and it leads to lack of social responsiveness while lower levels of zinc in blood can affect the thyroid development in the body which affects the body weight of kids. Zinc deficiency is most found in third world countries where kids don’t get healthy diet due to poor soil quality and thus the resultant crop doesn’t contain essential nutrients.
