It causes redness or pinkish red pimples in the area around diaper and is really annoying for the child. Regular use of diaper rash cream is also a preventive measure.

Liquid Malox, oatmeal bath products and use of ointments with hydrocortisone cream are among the best suitable products prescribed for treatment of diaper rash. If the rash is spreading consistently or the diaper area seems to be covered with pimples, try to contact the pediatrician as it is always better to be on top of the problem than to go for treatment.
